How do we protect your account and inventory information?
We use the latest encryption technology to keep your personal information safe. All your account information is encrypted using a secure server for maximum security. Your logon and password, credit card, and billing information cannot be read as it travels to our secure server. To ensure that your inventory data is secure, we use encrypted links with the cellular network so that an unauthorized party cannot intercept your data. All credit card transactions are handled by a third-party financial institution, which receives the credit card number and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card account and process transactions. If you feel more comfortable doing so, you are welcome to call in your credit card information by phone. For security reasons, no one from TankLink will ever ask you for your logon or password.

Will we disclose the information to other parties?
TankLink does not disclose any customer information to any third party unless it is required as a condition of service or by law. In addition, TankLink will not share any inventory data with a third party unless specifically authorized in writing by the account holder. However, TankLink may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.

What is our policy if you link to a third-party web site?
When you click on links and/or banners that take you to third-party web sites, you will be subject to the privacy policies of that party. While we support the protection of privacy on the Internet, we cannot be responsible for the actions of third parties. We encourage you to read the privacy statement whenever interacting with third parties.
