Term
The term of this agreement depends on your selected service plan that is defined separately as part of this agreement. There may be an activation fee associated with the configuration of each unit to provide the service. The term of this agreement begins on the date that we activate service for the unit and you agree to purchase service for the term. After the initial term expires this agreement will continue in force until terminated by either party with 30-day advance notice.

Rates
Your rates are described in your selected service plan that is defined separately as part of this agreement. Your rate may be based on fees for data communication from your unit and on fees for remote access to your data via the Internet or other electronic means. Additional fees may be added to your selected base rate plan for optional services. These options and fees are defined separately as part of this agreement.

Billing
Credit card and open account payment types will be billed at the end of each calendar quarter including March 31st, June 30th, September 30th, and December 31st respectively. Both account payment types will be prorated in the first billing based on the date of unit activation.

Wireless
Wireless data transmission service to the TankLink data center is normally available to your unit when it is within the coverage area of a cellular service provider who is under contract to provide data service. Service is subject to transmission limitation or interruption caused by weather, terrain, obstructions such as trees or buildings, and other conditions. Service may be limited in areas where coverage is not available or may be temporarily limited due to system capacity limits during peak usage periods, system repairs, or modifications. In addition, access to your information via the Internet or other electronic means of transmission may be temporarily limited due to system capacity limitations or maintenance. Service interruption may also result from non-payment by the user.

Usage
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes. You may not resell your service without prior written contractual agreements with SupplyNet Communications L.L.C.
